Job summary

Topgolf in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager to coordinate multi-team technology initiatives across mobile, web, in-venue tech, and e-commerce. You will own project artifacts, schedules, and risk reporting, ensuring alignment with product priorities and leadership expectations.

Hybrid work includes four days in-office and one day remote. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years managing tech projects, strong stakeholder collaboration, and proficiency with PMIS tools

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing technology projects from initiation through delivery.
• 3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects (2–3+) with competing timelines.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining project artifacts (charters, schedules, status reports, RAID logs).
• 3+ years working with cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• 3+ years communicating project status and risk to senior stakeholders.
• 3+ years in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
• 3+ years using a PMIS or project tracking tool (Smartsheet, Jira).
• Experience contributing to or shaping PMO processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project artifacts (charters, plans, schedules, RAID logs) and manage 2-3 concurrent projects from initiation to close.
• Partner with stakeholders and team members across functions to clarify scope, resolve blockers, and drive decisions to closure.
• Track and communicate project status, translating execution details into risk, timeline, and health reports for leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate priorities into executable plans, surfacing tradeoffs and sequencing conflicts early.
• Align cross-functional team members around shared priorities and hold the team to commitments and deadlines.
