Topgolf is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee multiple technology projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality alignment across venues with cross‑functional stakeholders.

The role involves coordinating delivery, documenting progress, and supporting best practices in project management while travelling 20–30% to various sites. Strong communication and accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years leading large scale projects.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years project budgeting.
• 1+ years technology procurement.
• Create and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or other tools; managing task dependency, resourcing, milestones, etc.
• Ability to establish credibility with business partners and IT stakeholders and become a trusted partner.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision‑making.
• Ability to predict challenges and proactively head off obstacles.
• Analytical thinking and Time management skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• Technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning: Define project scope with business partners and document needs with delivery teams.
• Develop and adjust templated project plans and schedules to meet goals for individual projects.
