Job summary

Lighthouse Technology Services, Inc is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive the end-to-end build of an employee knowledge management system. You will design SharePoint infrastructure, develop Appian workflows, and integrate Claude AI for automated content assessment and tagging.

You will collaborate with multiple product lines and internal teams to ensure QA, deployment, and a smooth handoff to a long-term internal owner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined product ownership and hands-on technical build experience.
• Proven SharePoint development expertise with enterprise implementations.
• Strong Power BI reporting and data visualization skills.
• Appian workflow development experience with AI integration.
• Experience implementing AI/ML for content management or automation.
• Power Automate for process automation and integration.
• Ability to work independently on complex builds and document design specs.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end and deliver a comprehensive employee knowledge management system from concept through production handoff.
• Design and develop SharePoint front-end infrastructure with enterprise workflows and reporting.
• Lead technical implementation on Appian to create backend processes for content assessment and automation.
• Integrate AI components to enable automated content assessment and metadata tagging using Copilot Studio and Claude.
• Manage tagging and migration of 1,000+ content items and other documentation.
• Collaborate with product leaders across 15-17 product lines and internal teams for QA and deployment.
• Refine and execute against a 72-page design document with specs and mockups.
• Establish data structures linking procedures, job aids, forms, and agreements.
• Navigate SharePoint limitations using Power Automate and alternative approaches.
• Prepare platform for seamless handoff to internal full-time staff.
