Job summary

Wilmington Trust is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Owner to lead the Employee Knowledge Management program. You’ll own the EKM backlog, shape governance, and work with business lines and SMEs to translate guidance needs into structured content and workflows.

You will guide low-code platform design, coordinate with SharePoint Online and Power Platform experts, and ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness across the knowledge ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years in related fields.
• Experience with enterprise content, knowledge management, and digital platforms.
• Experience with Power Platform or Appian.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into executable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the EKM product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design and improve the EKM platform including SharePoint Online.
• Maintain the governed catalog and content lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business lines, SMEs, and tech teams.
• Support content development and AI-assisted initiatives.
