Job summary

Wilmington Trust, part of M&T Bank, seeks a Forward Deployed Product Owner to build and operate the Employee Knowledge Management (EKM) capability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years in business, analytics, digital product, or knowledge management.
• Experience designing and improving enterprise content platforms like SharePoint Online.
• Experience building/supporting low-code workflow solutions (Power Platform or Appian).
• Ability to translate business needs into executable digital solutions.
• Familiarity with governance, taxonomy, metadata and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the EKM product backlog with stories, criteria, and release-ready requirements.
• Design and improve the EKM platform ecosystem and governance.
• Maintain the governed catalog and lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and map processes.
• Support content development and optimization efforts.
• Leverage AI capabilities responsibly with human validation.
• Establish dashboards and metrics for content coverage and quality.
• Ensure QA, UAT, and production readiness; provide long-term stewardship.
