Acara Solutions seeks a hands-on Senior Product Owner to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of an Enterprise Knowledge Management platform. The time-bound engagement focuses on governance, content lifecycle, and practical solutions across SharePoint Online, Power BI, and a low-code workflow platform.

You will own the product vision, manage backlogs, and drive agile delivery with stakeholders, ensuring audit-ready readiness and smooth transition to a permanent team.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of SharePoint Online configuration including content types and taxonomy.
• 5+ years with Power Platform and low-code tools (Appian also acceptable).
• 5+ years translating business needs into executable solutions and release docs.
• 5+ years in content development, metadata, governance and lifecycle management.

Aufgaben

• Own the product vision, backlog, and prioritization, translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and test scenarios.
• Design, configure, and enhance the EKM ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, metadata, taxonomy, permissions, and lifecycle automation.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reporting models to track content quality and platform effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to align requirements, manage dependencies, and remove blockers in agile fashion.
• Lead end-to-end quality, testing, release management, documentation, and production readiness with regulatory compliance.
