Job summary

M&T Bank's Wilmington Trust Institutional Services division seeks a Forward Deployed Product Owner to build and operate the employee knowledge management (EKM) capability. You will own the product backlog, define user stories, and work with business asset owners to translate needs into governed content structures, workflows and published assets.

The role blends product ownership, content governance and low-code development, with platforms such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform or Appian.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Experience designing and improving enterprise content platforms like SharePoint Online.
Experience with Power Platform, Appian or similar low-code technologies.
Experience developing business requirements, user stories and release documentation.
Experience with content governance, metadata, taxonomy and lifecycle management.
Experience operating in regulated financial services environments.

Responsibilities

Own the EKM product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
Design, configure, administer and improve the EKM platform ecosystem.
Maintain the governed catalog and lifecycle workflows.
Partner with business lines to map processes, define requirements and align on solutions.
Support content development, assessment and remediation activities.
Leverage AI-assisted capabilities with human validation.
Establish dashboards and reports on content coverage, quality and lifecycle health.
Own quality, testing and long-term technical stewardship of the EKM solution.
Provide operational support and participate in agile ceremonies.
