Job summary

Royper Royco LLC seeks a Senior Product Owner to lead product strategy and backlog prioritization for an Employee Knowledge Management solution in the United States. You will drive delivery using SharePoint Online, Power BI, and low‑code platforms, collaborating with business and technical teams to translate needs into scalable capabilities.

You will also develop governance metadata, workflows, and analytics to monitor content quality, ensuring compliance and efficient lifecycle management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination.
• Hands-on experience configuring SharePoint Online including metadata, search, permissions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, or comparable low-code workflow automation.
• Proven product ownership, backlog management, Agile delivery, testing, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, define requirements, write user stories, and prioritize delivery based on business value and stakeholder needs.
• Build, configure, and enhance an Employee Knowledge Management solution using SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Platform, Appian, or comparable technologies.
• Develop and maintain governed content catalogs, taxonomy, and information architecture for discoverability.
• Design and implement content publishing workflows, approvals, permissions, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor content quality and governance compliance.
• Lead testing activities, release planning, deployment coordination, and production readiness.
• Apply AI-assisted tools and automation to improve content management and delivery.
