Job summary

Insight Global's client is seeking a Technical Product Owner to own Lighthouse, a Supply Chain Control Tower. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical solutions and coordinating across SAP09, Snowflake, and Power BI ecosystems.

The TPO will balance business and technical execution, interface with data engineers and software developers, and ensure feasible delivery timelines within a North American supply chain context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Supply chain experience/exposure helpful.
• Experience coordinating multiple technology teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ideal engineering background moved into product.
• Translate business asks into a technical solution and manage expectations.
• Snowflake (Data Lake) and Power BI experience.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Analytics, or Digital platforms.
• Familiarity with SAP, o9, OMP, Snowflake, Azure, Power BI, or similar enterprise technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and stakeholder requests directly into technical solutions and delivery paths.
• Perform deep technical assessments on business requirements to determine optimal technologies and tools.
• Decipher requirements and allocate tasks to backend technical teams.
• Manage expectations and pushbacks on timelines or requests while ensuring feasibility.
• Note that hands-on coding or dashboards are not required; focus on translation, architecture, and stakeholder management.
