Job summary

CubX Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to own the day-to-day procurement process for hardware, software, licensing, and vendor relationships.

You will obtain quotes, place orders, track shipments, renew licenses, and coordinate with internal teams to prevent service interruptions. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and compare vendor quotes.
• Place hardware, software, licensing, and cloud service orders.
• Track orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Manage RMAs, returns, and warranty claims.
• Reconcile invoices with Accounting when needed.
• Ensure renewals and subscriptions stay active.
• Maintain procurement records and update systems.
• Identify product recommendations and licensing improvements.
• Develop relationships with vendor partners.
