Persona is seeking a Tech Ops Analyst to join our New York office. You will be the front-line IT support for our NYC team, helping with onboarding and offboarding, setting up video conferences, and managing equipment for both remote and in-office staff.

Ideal candidates are early-career IT enthusiasts who enjoy problem solving, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration with leaders and individual contributors.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or equivalent
• Strong problem solving and customer-facing skills
• Comfort with a range of IT systems, networks and security basics

Mansioni

• Be the front-line IT support for New York City-based employees including leadership
• Collaborate with People Ops to onboard/offboard employees smoothly
• Set up video conferences for company all-hands
• Procure and track tech equipment for all employees (remote and in-office)
• Research tools to improve internal efficiencies across teams
