Job summary

Atlas Technica is a hybrid, financial-industry focused MSP seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer to join our Support team. You will provide hands-on IT support for client users, collaborate with Systems Engineers, and maintain documentation while working onsite at client offices as needed.

The role offers growth in IT administration, with exposure to Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and infrastructure projects within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional IT experience in desktop support or IT services.
• Experience with Windows, Office, mobile devices, and 365 technologies.
• Basic Windows Server, AD, and Group Policy knowledge.
• Strong communication and ability to work with clients and teams.
• Willingness to travel to NYC, Stamford, and Greenwich offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to client users.
• Troubleshoot desktop, software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Use ticketing system to document and manage requests.
• Escalate issues to Systems Engineers as needed.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Follow client guidelines and change-control procedures.
• Support client users and infrastructure across NYC, Stamford, and Greenwich as needed.
• Travel between metropolitan office locations as required.
