Job summary

S:US in New York is seeking a detail-oriented IT professional to join the Infrastructure team. You will support Windows, AD, and network services, provide remote and on-site assistance, and assist with ongoing improvements to the agency’s technical environment.

Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure Operations, you’ll mentor colleagues, troubleshoot VPN and multi-site connectivity, and maintain security and operational standards while working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or Certifications preferred in related field.
• 1–2+ years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users throughout the agency regarding hardware/applications issues.
• Troubleshoot firewall VPN issues and multi-site network connectivity issues.
• Maintain Active Directory (add users, change passwords, etc.).
• Support desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals, including network printers.
• Mentor and train department staff and document new KBs.
