Bridge Property Management runs 170+ multifamily communities, and our onsite and corporate teams depend on a set of software platforms every day. As a Technology Operations Associate, you're their go-to for help.

You'll solve support requests, work directly with the people who use our systems, and test new releases before they go live. We're building a new technology team at BPM, so you'll help shape how support works from the start.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar.
• Experience handling support requests in a ticketing or help desk system such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshworks (training on ServiceNow available).
• Step-by-step troubleshooting approach and clear, friendly communication with people at all levels.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support requests from property managers, community managers, and corporate staff from intake to closure using ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot issues across platforms (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, RentCafe, Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, SmartRent) and identify root causes.
• Set up, change, and remove Yardi user access with HR and property operations.
• Escalate to software vendors when needed and follow through to resolution.
• Test software updates before release and report readiness to go live.
