Job summary

Bridge Property Management is building a new technology team and seeks an Application Support Associate to handle property-management software issues, from intake through resolution. You will work with onsite and corporate teams across multiple platforms, including Yardi and RealPage, while learning our ServiceNow-based IT support model.

You’ll test software updates, document fixes, and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI.
• Experience handling support requests in a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshworks; trained on ServiceNow).
• Clear, friendly communication with people at every level.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support requests from property managers, community managers, and corporate staff from intake to closure using ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot issues across platforms (Yardi, RentCafe, Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, SmartRent) and identify root causes.
• Set up, change, and remove Yardi user access with HR and property operations.
• Escalate to software vendors when needed and follow through to resolution.
• Test software updates before release and report readiness.
