Job summary

Bridge Property Management, an affiliate of Bridge Investment Group, seeks an Application Support Associate to be the go‑to for help. You’ll resolve requests from property managers and corporate staff, troubleshoot across Yardi, RentCafe, and related tools, and test updates before they go live.

You'll help shape how support works as we build a new technology team, with room to learn ServiceNow and advance in IT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with a property management software system (Yardi, RealPage, MRI).
• Experience handling support requests in a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshworks).
• Step-by-step troubleshooting approach with clear, friendly communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support requests from property managers, community managers, and corporate staff from intake to closure using ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot issues across platforms (Yardi, RentCafe, Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, SmartRent) and identify root causes.
• Set up, change, and remove Yardi user access in coordination with HR and property operations.
• Escalate to software vendors when needed and follow through to resolution.
• Test software updates before release and report readiness.
• Document fixes in tickets and knowledge base articles; flag repeat issues.
• Support new property onboarding, property sales, and data cleanup projects as needed.

Bridge Property Management (affiliate of Bridge Investment Group) runs 170+ multifamily communities, and our onsite and corporate teams depend on a set of software platforms every day. As an Application Support Associate ( Technology Operations Associate) , you're their go-to for help. You'll solve support requests, work directly with the people who use our systems, and test new releases before they go live.

We're building a new technology team at BPM, so you'll help shape how support works from the start. It's a strong first step into an IT support career, with room to learn and grow.

• Resolve support requests from property managers, community managers, and corporate staff, from intake to closure, using our ServiceNow ticketing system
• Troubleshoot issues across our platforms (Yardi, RentCafe, Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, SmartRent) and find the root cause, not just the symptom
• Set up, change, and remove Yardi user access in coordination with HR and property operations
• Escalate to software vendors when needed and follow through to resolution
• Test software updates before release and report whether they're ready
• Document your fixes in tickets and knowledge base articles, and flag repeat issues across properties
• Support new property onboarding, property sales, and data cleanup projects as needed

What you should bring

Required

• Experience with a property management software system, such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar
• Experience handling support requests in a ticketing or help desk system, such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshworks. We'll train you on ServiceNow
• A step-by-step approach to troubleshooting and clear, friendly communication with people at every level
• Strong organization and attention to detail

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, or ServiceNow
• Experience with Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, SmartRent, or Yardi CRM IQ and Compliance Manager
• Experience with software testing or release validation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience

The anticipated wage scale for this role is $75,000 up to $78,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Property Management is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

Retirement

Parental Leave
