Job summary

Bridge Property Management, an affiliate of Bridge Investment Group, is building a new technology team and seeks an Applications Support Associate to empower our property management software users. You will resolve requests, troubleshoot across platforms, and help test new releases before they go live.

This role offers a hands-on learning path in IT support with exposure to Yardi, RealPage, and ServiceNow, plus the chance to contribute to onboarding and data cleanup projects across multiple

Qualifications

• Must have experience with a property management software system (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI).
• Experience handling support requests in a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshworks).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Real Estate/IT.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support requests from property managers, community managers, and corporate staff from intake to closure.
• Troubleshoot issues across platforms (Yardi, RentCafe, Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, SmartRent) and identify root causes.
• Set up, change, and remove Yardi user access in coordination with HR and operations.
• Escalate to software vendors when needed and follow through to resolution.
• Test software updates before release and document readiness in tickets and KB articles.
• Support onboarding of new properties and data cleanup projects as needed.

The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus.
