Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Technology Support Specialist in Cleveland to provide day-to-day technical and operational support for property management and resident-facing platforms. You will troubleshoot issues, triage tickets, onboard users, and document solutions to improve product adoption across the organization.

The role requires 3-4 years in technical support, an Associate Degree in IT, and experience with SaaS apps, access control, CCTV, intercom, IoT, and UCaaS/Teams voice.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or tech certifications required.
• 3-4 years of technical support in a ticket-driven environment across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based business applications and onboarding.
• Experience in building and property technology systems including access control, CCTV, IoT, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with VoIP/UCaaS, Teams voice, and vendor coordination for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Triages, investigates, and resolves product support tickets across channels.
• Provides first-line configuration and onboarding support for property teams and residents.
• Maintains knowledge base articles, runbooks, and FAQs; documents recurring issues and solutions.
• Assists with training materials and enablement sessions for users.
• Tracks vendor contracts and expenses, and coordinates vendor support for technicians.
