Job summary

You will troubleshoot issues, triage tickets, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure reliable system performance.

Qualifications
- Technical support in a ticket-driven environment across multiple channels with SLA adherence.
- Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based business applications, user provisioning, and configuration changes.
- Experience supporting building/property tech systems (access control, CCTV, intercom, IoT) and related networks.
Responsibilities
- Triage, investigate, and resolve product support tickets across all channels.
- Provide first-line onboarding support for property teams and residents; communicate status updates and workarounds.
- Maintain and update knowledge base, runbooks, and FAQs; document recurring issues with solutions.
