Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 4+ years in technology operations or related technical support roles.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components including hardware, software, and networks.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements in technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers day-to-day operational support for assigned technology platforms, infrastructure, and systems.
• Administers hardware, software, databases, and end-user technology by following established procedures.
• Coordinates routine operational activities with other technology teams and flags issues, risks, or dependencies.
• Monitors system performance, alerts, and queues; resolves issues or escalates as needed.
• Supports installation planning activities by managing schedules and readiness tasks for deployments.
• Follows approved standards, policies, and procedures to support compliance, security, and risk management.
• Participates in maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting by running runbooks and documenting steps.
• Documents requests, workarounds, and resolutions to support continuous improvement of processes.
• Provides input on recurring issues to help plan improvements or small-scale technology initiatives.
