Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers day-to-day operational support for assigned platforms, infrastructure, and systems under moderate supervision.
• Produces administration and support for hardware, software, databases, and end-user tech following documented procedures.
• Collaborates with technology teams on routine activities and seeks guidance for nonstandard issues.
• Monitors performance, alerts, and queues; resolves routine issues and escalates complex problems.
• Assists with planning installations, scheduling, and documentation review; escalates non-routine issues.
• Follows technology standards and security policies; raises questions about gaps.
• Participates in maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting per runbooks; reports deviations.
• Documents requests and resolutions in prescribed tools to aid handoffs and improvements.
• Shares observations on recurring issues to inform operational needs.
