Job summary

The Bridge Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Management Administrator to support the management of our housing portfolio through RealPage OneSite. You will handle data entry, troubleshooting, reporting, and user support while assisting with tenant records, lease information, and TICs.

Collaboration with legal staff to monitor Housing Court cases is part of the role. Ideal candidates have an associate degree and experience in property management, preferably in social services or mental health

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, preferably in a social service setting.
• Strong data accuracy and administrative skills.
• Experience with OneSite and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage RealPage OneSite data entry, updates, and training for new users.
• Oversee help desk and provide user support for OneSite.
• Track tenant arrears, housing court cases, and coordination with legal staff.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and assist with reporting and compliance.
