Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Level 1 IT support analyst to handle day-to-day operations for our property management systems (PMS-Yardi/RealPage). You will manage multiple support requests covering CRM, leasing, rents, and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, multi-tasking, and disciplined ticket management. Prior experience in housing or CRE is a plus; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field; experience may substitute.
• One year of experience in providing Technical/Software support.
• Previous Multi-Family housing or Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi, Realpage, Entrata, other similar property management solutions.
• Knowledge of affordable housing, Resident portals, property websites, CRM, expense management, finance/accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and courteous end user level one property management system (PMS) support via phone, email, video calls, or on-site visits.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and manage expectations on estimated response times.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and resolve level one software problems for property or corporate users.
• Own challenging issues and escalate when required.
• Manage tickets in Zendesk and maintain RPM SLA (response times, CSAT, reopens).
• Continuously learn about Yardi, RealPage, and related applications through training opportunities.
• Document resolution steps for knowledge transfer to other associates and end users.
