Job summary

Harrison Gray Search is seeking a project coordination professional to onboard new firms with tech accounts and system access. The role supports software rollouts, training, and transition planning with a focus on people and process, not engineering.

You will work with a team lead and an existing project manager, using established checklists and hands-on training to grow into project management over time. Travel is required for on-site cutovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required but a plus.
• 2+ years of related technology or project coordination experience preferred.
• CAPM or similar certification can help but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new team members by gathering information and setting up user accounts.
• Track tasks, milestones, and action items across integrations.
• Coordinate ordering, staging, and shipping of technology equipment for on-site cutovers.
• Travel to new locations to support on-site transitions, including evenings or weekends.
• Communicate progress clearly to keep the team informed and aligned.
