Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Technology Integration to oversee onsite deployment, implementation, and stabilization of technology environments in newly acquired CPA, tax and accounting firms.

This role partners with Acquisitions, IT, Security, and local leadership to ensure Day 1 readiness and post-close stabilization. The position requires hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and training of end-users, with extensive travel to office locations to ensure operational readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through education or experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse group and virtual matrix environment.
• Strong decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication with ability to present complex information to various levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite technology integration for newly acquired offices.
• Coordinate hardware deployment and installation and ensure access to business platforms.
• Travel to offices to execute integration plans and validate connectivity.
• Provide hands-on orientation and training on standard configurations and tools.
• Monitor deployment performance and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
