Job summary

AllianceHCM in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a full-time HRIS Onboarding Tech to lead end-to-end configuration of core HR modules, customize applicant tracking, and build digital onboarding experiences that support each client’s needs.

You will design automated compliance workflows including Form I-9 and E-Verify, while working with senior HR leaders to align governance and security with client requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology implementation, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, workflows, and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration of AllianceHCM's core HR modules, customizing applicant tracking systems, building digital onboarding experiences, and configuring employee lifecycle processes.
• Design and rigorously test automated compliance workflows, including Form I-9 processing and federal E-Verify integrations.
• Collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams before go-live to ensure client success and governance alignment.
• Audit data integrity during migrations and investigate system anomalies to ensure accurate client launches.

As our HRIS Onboarding Tech, you'll spend your day bringing powerful HR technology solutions to life. You'll lead end-to-end configuration of AllianceHCM's core HR modules, customizing applicant tracking systems, building digital onboarding experiences, and configuring employee lifecycle processes that support each client's unique needs. You'll design and rigorously test automated compliance workflows, including Form I-9 processing and federal E-Verify integrations, while ensuring every configuration meets legal requirements and company standards. Working closely with senior HR leaders, you'll help build performance management solutions, configure organizational structures, establish security permissions, and develop approval routing paths that align with each client's governance model. Along the way, you'll conduct audits, validate data integrity during migrations, collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams before go-live, and investigate system anomalies to ensure every client launch is accurate, secure, and successful.
