Job summary

Cortavo, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to manage technical projects, including onboarding, phishing campaigns, email signatures, SharePoint migrations, and internet installations.

The role collaborates with Service Desk, Field Services, and Engineering to drive activities, schedule field engineers, and ensure timely delivery. The candidate will maintain project documentation, coordinate with customers, and proactively address milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience with technical project management (HaaS, SaaS, IT services).
• Experience in a customer service/success/implementation/project management environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheets, Wrike).
• Experience with ticketing systems (Autotask, Halo, Jira).
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Teams skills.
• Strong Google Suite skills (Gmail, Google Docs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; empathetic customer service approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate customer needs and address them throughout the project management process.
• Ensure timely and successful project management to help customers realize business value.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by engaging other teams and removing roadblocks.
• Develop customer-facing documentation to describe project milestones and timelines.
• Generate high levels of communication with meeting recaps.
• Provide recommendations to improve processes and communications for faster delivery.
• Maintain customer information records in systems (Autotask, IT Glue, Datto, Salesforce).
