Job summary

One Medical is seeking residents completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our Washington, DC offices in a primary care role. You’ll work in a tech-enabled setting, managing patient panels and delivering high-quality care across acute, chronic, and preventive visits.

You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, and may perform in-office procedures under supervision. This is a full-time position with strong onboarding and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Washington DC, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
