Job summary

One Medical is seeking residents/fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for office-based roles in Austin, TX. You will manage a patient panel across acute and chronic visits, with telehealth components, in a tech-enabled primary care setting.

Expect a 12-week onboarding, mentorship, and a learning plan, with ongoing opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across in-office and virtual environments.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family/Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• Texas state licensure obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers; conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
