Job summary

One Medical is transforming healthcare and seeking dedicated primary care physicians right out of residency to join our tech-enabled team in Washington, D.C. You’ll deliver high-quality care, build lasting patient relationships and participate in a robust onboarding and ongoing learning program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Washington DC, obtained before your One Medical start date

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
