Job summary

One Medical in Boston is seeking current Residents or Fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our primary care team. You will work in a tech‑enabled, patient‑centered environment with onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing education that supports your development from day one through leadership opportunities.

The role is full‑time, based in one of our Boston offices, with collaboration across in‑office and virtual care teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency holder, or recent completion aiming for next exam.
• Massachusetts medical license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad mix of acute, chronic and preventive visits.
• See patients in‑office, at testing centers, and via telehealth when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in‑office and virtual teams during daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in‑office procedures when indicated.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
