Job summary

One Medical is seeking current Residents/Fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for our Boston offices. You will practice in a tech-enabled primary care setting, manage patient panels, perform well and acute visits, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.

Onboarding includes mentoring and an individualized learning plan. Requirements include enrollment/completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/ Pediatrics residency; board eligibility; Massachusetts medical license;

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed within the last year an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency.
• Board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or recent residency completion with next exam scheduled.
• Massachusetts license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers; conduct telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborate with on-site and virtual teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues.
