Job summary

One Medical invites Residents and Fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our Phoenix offices as full-time primary care physicians. You’ll provide in-person and tele-health services in a tech-enabled setting, with a 12-week onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities across a nationwide clinical team.

The role emphasizes patient relationships, evidence-based care, and collaboration with teammates.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics resident or completed residency within last year and scheduled to take next board exam.
• State license in Arizona before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities; collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures and supervise NP/PA colleagues.
