Job summary

One Medical is seeking current Residents/Fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for physician roles in the Chicago area. The role is full-time and involves managing a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and preventive care.

You will work in a tech-enabled environment with in-office, testing center, and tele-health delivery. We offer a robust onboarding, mentoring, and learning plan, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary range for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency within the last year.
• Must be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics and ready for next exam.
• Illinois state medical license required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning activities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
