Reserv is seeking a Senior Commercial Auto Excess Casualty Adjuster to manage high-severity auto liability claims with excess layers. This role emphasizes advanced coverage analysis, cross-team collaboration, and data-driven decision making in a remote-friendly, technology-driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of claims experience, active license, and strong communication abilities to support MQAs, carriers, and internal teams while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Active adjuster's license in home state (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• 10+ years in commercial auto liability or casualty claims, preferably excess/high-severity.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial auto liability claims with excess coverage.
• Conduct advanced coverage analysis including endorsements, exclusions, and multi-jurisdictional issues.
• Issue coverage letters and denials in line with regulatory and internal standards.
• Oversee litigation with defense counsel and data-driven decision making.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to review claim summaries and severity predictions.
