Job summary

Reserv is an insurtech transforming claims with automation and data-driven processes. We seek a Director of Excess Casualty Claims to lead a high-performing team handling high-severity commercial auto claims and ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

You will guide coverage analysis, litigation strategy, and settlement decisions while expanding automation and improving workflows across product and claims teams. Remote leadership is a key element of this role.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in commercial auto excess casualty claims, including coverage analysis, litigation management, and catastrophic injury evaluation.
• 5+ years of management experience, including remote leadership.
• Willing to obtain licenses within 60 days and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Commercial Auto Excess Casualty Claim Specialists.
• Oversee complex claims with focus on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine automation and adjuster workflows.
