Qualifications
- 10+ years in commercial auto claims including high-severity or excess layers.
- 5+ years in management, remote preferred.
- Active adjuster license; willingness to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.
- Bachelor's degree in insurance or related field; CPCU/SCLA/AIC preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Commercial Auto Excess Casualty Claim Specialists.
- Oversee complex excess casualty claims ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Actuarial, and Product teams to improve workflows and tools.
- Guide litigation strategy, coverage positions, and high-value settlements.
