Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of technicians.
• Serve as primary contact between customers and technicians.
• Relay detailed and accurate information to field staff.
• Record and report service calls.
• Process work orders and invoices.
• Collect on customer accounts.
