Qualifications

• 1–3 years in dispatching, scheduling, or high-volume customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams; Service Titan preferred.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route optimization for technicians.
• Communicate with customers and update ETA and status.
• Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure efficiency.
• Handle urgent service calls and adjust schedules daily.
• Review invoices and assist with billing paperwork.
