Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking a Dispatcher to support the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers. You will manage scheduling, dispatch boards, and capacity planning to optimize daily service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a customer-focused approach. Experience with AS400 and field dispatching is a plus in a fast-paced HVAC environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in customer service or another customer-facing environment.
• Prior experience dispatching is desirable.
• Experience or training in the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment.
• Prior experience with an AS400 system desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Communicates with customers to schedule service/maintenance/sales calls and gathers information on systems and needs.
• Calls customers to remind them of upcoming appointments and to inform them of changes in arrival times.
• Plans and routes technicians to service calls based on availability, skills, location, and capacity planning data.
• Maintains the capacity planner and fills appointment gaps due to cancellations or rescheduling.
• Updates Sales Dispatch Board and STARS modules as required.
• Represents the company professionally in all matters and communicates with customers to resolve issues.
