Job summary

Nextech, a leading HVAC/R service provider in the United States, is hiring a Dispatcher to be the linchpin between field teams and customers. This office-based role focuses on coordinating schedules, tracking service activity, and ensuring timely, accurate communication across teams.

The ideal candidate will bring dispatch experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering world-class customer support in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Dispatcher experience in service industry preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solver with a teamwork mindset

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time dispatch boards and technician schedules
• Communicate service updates and changes to customers and technicians
• Track service history and customer communications in the system
• Ensure technicians have parts and POs needed for jobs
• Support regional managers with scheduling new calls and data entry
