JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Innovation Economy Technology Banking team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Commercial and Specialized Industries group, specializing in Technology.

You will be the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationships, working both independently and with the team to deliver the firm’s solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in commercial banking or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Interest in high growth software, payments, ecommerce and marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to build a brand within your market that represents Technology banking as the leading Innovation Economy bank.
• Develop new business by acquiring new relationships and deepening existing ones, coordinating across credit and payments.
• Engage with founders and leverage a referral network to identify opportunities and partnerships.
• Balance innovation with risk management, ensuring credit, operational and reputational controls.
• Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
