Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Excellent sales management and business development skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build a brand within your market representing the Leading Innovation Economy bank serving diverse clients.
• Develop new business by acquiring relationships and deepening existing ones; lead internal strategic discussions across credit and payments.
• Identify opportunities with diverse founders by leveraging a broad referral network and market activities.
• Champion a culture of innovation with a customer-centric mindset while managing risk (credit, operational, reputational).
• Stay up to date with industry trends in innovation, startups, and partnerships to identify opportunities.
