You will work with local bankers, venture capital coverage, and product partners to build a robust pipeline and deliver tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development or related sales experience in the technology ecosystem.
• Proven track record sourcing and navigating complex sales opportunities in banking or technology services.
• Ability to build community and brand awareness in a dynamic market.
• Experience planning and executing events and content strategies.
• Use seasoned judgment to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Monitor market/industry trends to present insightful solutions to potential clients.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line revenues while maximizing efficiency with a focus on risk and compliance.
• Lead the new business origination strategy for the local market in coordination with market executives and venture capital coverage.
• Identify top technology companies in the Innovation Economy and connect with their executives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize prospects and tailor outreach strategies.
• Build a channel partnership pipeline with Startup Banking to measure and optimize efforts.
• Leverage COI relationships to enhance outreach and drive new client acquisition.
• Execute a strategic events strategy to build connections and JPMorgan brand in the market.
• Collaborate with Banking, Credit, Treasury and Service partners to introduce product capabilities to prospects.
• Mentor and coach the banking team and lead the region’s prospecting activities.
• Plan and host networking/content-focused events with key centers of influence in the market.
