Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is hiring team members who love yoga and customer service. You will welcome students, check them in, keep the studio clean, and participate in TEAM8 meetings. The role offers a flexible 4-day block schedule with shifts of 4–6 hours and access to discounted trainings and retail perks.

Ideal candidates are friendly, computer-proficient, and motivated to engage with guests. 18+ required; prior sales or service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Love yoga and be enthusiastic about wellness.
• Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Customer Service experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Proficient with a computer.
• Neat and enjoy cleaning.
• Familiar with MINDBODY software.
• Proactive and self starters.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Checkin students with positivity.
• Know client’s names.
• Clean the studio mirrors & resetting props.
• Attend monthly TEAM8 meetings.
• Take unlimited classes and workshops.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Checkin students with positivity
• Knowclient’s names
• Cleanthe studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attendmonthly TEAM8 meetings

• Hourly rate: $18.05/hr +commission

Hourly Rates:

• San Jose: $18.45
• NYC: $17.00
