Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our TEAM8s. The role blends customer service, cleaning, and studio operations in a fast-paced, community-driven environment. Shifts are 4–6 hours, four days per week, with block schedules (e.g., Mon/Wed, Tue/Thu).

You’ll check-in students, learn client names, keep the studio spotless, and participate in monthly TEAM8 meetings. Benefits include unlimited classes and workshops, 50% off and early bird discounts on Teacher Trainings, discounts

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Familiar with MINDBODY software.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Checkin students with positivity.
• Know clients' names.
• Clean the studio mirrors & reset props.
• Attend monthly TEAM8 meetings.
• Take unlimited classes and workshops at Hot 8 Yoga.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Checkin students with positivity
• Knowclient’s names
• Cleanthe studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attendmonthly TEAM8 meetings

• Hourly rate: $18.05/hr +commission

Hourly Rates:

• San Jose: $18.45
• NYC: $17.00

Ideal Candidates

• Love yoga
• Sales experience:1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Are proficient with the computer
• Are neat and enjoy cleaning
• Are familiar with MINDBODY software
• Are proactive and self starters
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
