Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga in Santa Monica is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our studio family. Become part of a mission-driven team, supporting guests, cleaning, and keeping the space welcoming and vibrant. Shifts are 4–6 hours, four days per week, with benefits like class access and staff discounts.

Ideal candidates love yoga, have 1 year of sales or customer service experience, and are comfortable using computers and MINDBODY. 18+ required, enjoy teamwork, and are proactive self-starters.

Qualifications

• Must love yoga and be enthusiastic about the brand.
• Sales experience of 1 year preferred.
• Customer service experience of 1 year preferred.
• Proficient with computers.
• Neat and enjoy cleaning.
• Familiar with MINDBODY software.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Checkin students with positivity
• Knowclient’s names
• Cleanthe studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attendmonthly TEAM8 meetings

• Hourly rate: $18.05/hr +commission

Hourly Rates:

• San Jose: $18.45
• NYC: $17.00

Ideal Candidates

• Love yoga
• Sales experience:1 year (Preferred)
