Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is looking for TEAM8s to join our studios in NYC and San Jose. The role centers on customer service and cleaning, with four-day-a-week block shifts, 4–6 hours each.

You will check in students, learn names, clean mirrors, reset props, and participate in monthly TEAM8 meetings while enjoying unlimited classes and workshops. Ideal candidates love yoga, have at least 1 year of sales or customer service, are computer-proficient, and familiar with MINDBODY software.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Checkin students with positivity
• Knowclient’s names
• Cleanthe studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attendmonthly TEAM8 meetings

• Hourly rate: $18.05/hr +commission

Hourly Rates:

• San Jose: $18.45
• NYC: $17.00
