Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is seeking enthusiastic team members to support front-desk and studio upkeep. You will check in students, help with floor care, and participate in monthly TEAM8 meetings.

The role offers 4-day block schedules, access to unlimited classes, and discounts on trainings and retail. Ideal candidates love yoga, have 1 year of sales and customer service experience, are proficient with computers, and are familiar with MINDBODY.

Qualifications

• Love yoga and enthusiasm for fitness business.
• Sales experience of 1 year preferred.
• Customer service experience of 1 year preferred.
• Proficient with computers and programs.
• Neat, enjoys cleaning and maintenance.
• Familiar with MINDBODY software.
• Proactive and self-starting attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Checkin students with positivity.
• Know client names and provide friendly service.
• Clean mirrors and reset props; keep studio tidy.
• Attend monthly team meetings and participate.
• Take unlimited classes and workshops.
• Enjoy discounts on trainings and retail.
• Work in 4-day block schedules (various locations).

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Checkin students with positivity
• Knowclient’s names
• Cleanthe studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attendmonthly TEAM8 meetings

• Hourly rate: $18.05/hr +commission

Hourly Rates:

• San Jose: $18.45
• NYC: $17.00

Ideal Candidates

• Love yoga
• Sales experience:1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Are proficient with the computer
• Are neat and enjoy cleaning
• Are familiar with MINDBODY software
• Are proactive and self starters
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
