Hot 8 Yoga is seeking friendly team members who love yoga and enjoy helping guests. You’ll handle check-ins, assist clients, and keep the studio clean. This role includes perks like unlimited classes, staff discounts, and a supportive, mission-driven team environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of sales or customer service experience, are computer-proficient, and familiar with MINDBODY. Shifts are 4 hours to 6 hours across four days, with an hourly rate and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Must love yoga and be genuinely enthusiastic about the practice.
• At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Cleanliness and organization are essential in a fast-paced studio.
• Familiar with MINDBODY software.
• Be proactive, self-motivated and dependable.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline customer service to visitors and members.
• Assist with check-ins and greet clients by name.
• Clean the studio, mirrors, and reset props.
• Attend TEAM8 meetings and support daily operations.
• Promote studio programs and classes to customers.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Checkin students with positivity
• Knowclient’s names
• Cleanthe studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attendmonthly TEAM8 meetings

• Hourly rate: $18.05/hr +commission

Hourly Rates:

• San Jose: $18.45
• NYC: $17.00

Ideal Candidates
